All sales at https://yulolife.in are final, No returns/refunds are available on any of our products.
Our exchange policy is valid for 72 hours from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are limited to one per order, and multiple exchanges cannot be accommodated.

All exchanges are subject to a ₹69 pickup freight fee, which will be charged during the exchange process

In the event that you encounter a manufacturing defect or you have received a wrong product, you must ensure that you reach out to us at official@yulolife.in or msg us on whatsapp (+91 9220156569) within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will exchange it for you. After this period lapses, we will not be able to entertain any claims and/or requests.
